1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 55qq website accessible at https://55qq.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, cashier functions, and support channels operated under the 55qq brand.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who has registered, or is seeking to register, a 55qq account and who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses games, deposits and withdraws funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash credits, free bet credits, or promotional amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion, each of which is subject to its own applicable wagering requirements.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Content" refers to all games, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and other materials made available through the Platform.
• "We" / "Us" / "55qq" refers to the operator of the 55qq Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for the delivery of services described herein.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 55qq reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the Player cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. 55qq makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and sole responsibility.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 55qq reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending a full review.

2.4 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during and after registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify 55qq of any changes to your personal details by contacting support at [email protected]. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 Verification. 55qq may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals, granting access to certain features, or approving bonus claims. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

3Account Security

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your account.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorised Access. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, will be deemed to have been carried out by you. 55qq accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Reporting Security Incidents. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 55qq immediately by contacting our support team. 55qq will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

3.4 Platform Security. 55qq employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform, including the login portal and cashier. While we take all reasonable steps to protect the Platform and your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. You are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to change them periodically.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 55qq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. 55qq reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available only to verified account holders. 55qq reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. Players must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section, which may vary by payment method. 55qq does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile money operators.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 55qq operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or decline processing where we have reasonable cause for concern. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 55qq reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, exploit a technical error, or engage in any activity contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Non-Transferability. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other consideration.

5.5 Right to Amend. 55qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will retain their existing bonus funds subject to the original terms communicated at the time of opt-in.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market offered on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the relevant game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before participating.

6.2 Acceptance of Bets. 55qq reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or payout being displayed, where the Player's account is under investigation, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect payout, 55qq reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the Player's account. Payout of manifestly incorrect odds or prizes resulting from an error is not guaranteed.

6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 55qq reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55qq Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploitation of inside information in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Creating duplicate accounts or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using credit cards or payment methods not registered in your own name to fund your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 55qq staff or other players.

8Responsible Gaming

8.1 Entertainment Purpose. Gambling on the 55qq Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. It should never be viewed as a means of generating income or relieving financial hardship. You should only ever wager amounts that you can afford to lose.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Limits. 55qq provides responsible gaming tools that allow Players to set deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods. Players may also request a full self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are typically processed within 24 hours and are effective for the period requested by the Player.

8.3 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Players who are found to be under the minimum age requirement will have their accounts closed and any funds deposited returned, less any amounts already wagered.

9Intellectual Property

9.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from 55qq is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55qq makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55qq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party payment processor failures.

10.3 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that any funds wagered may be lost. 55qq accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

11Amendments to Terms

11.1 Right to Amend. 55qq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://55qq.ws/terms-conditions with an updated effective date displayed at the top of the document.

11.2 Notification. Where amendments are material, 55qq will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to existing account holders. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.3 Player Responsibility to Review. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact our support team.

12.2 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in the English language. The English-language version of this document is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55qq with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
